Established in 1989 by Chief Joe-Kyari Gadzama, SAN, our Firm has in three decades developed an enviable portfolio of clients and lawyers with broad experiences in National and International legal services and transactions. Our Firm’s experience spans commercial and financial transactions, corporate legal services, capital market operations, privatization, telecommunications, maritime law, constitutional law, oil and gas law and litigation. In our 29 years of operation, our Firm has handled over 1,500 briefs and novel cases that have contributed to the development of our legal system and major reforms in Nigeria.
