MADU JOE GADZAMALL.M (Warwick), MCIArb. (UK)
Madu obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Reading, where he was also President of the Afro-Caribbean Society (2011/12) & Member of the Law Society (2010-2013).
He was called to the Nigerian Bar in October 2015, and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Warwick.
Madu is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and was the General-Manager of Janada International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (JICAM) from Jan 2017 to Dec 2017.
After joining the Firm in 2016, he worked as Counsel in Chambers for a year before gaining admission on the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at the University of Law, to train as a barrister in England and Wales via Lincoln’s Inn. Madu was thereafter elevated to Junior Partner in 2018.
Madu has had the rare privilege of working with esteemed Senior Advocates of Nigeria. He was an intern at K. T. Turaki & Co., Kanu G. Agabi & Associates and Adegboyega Awomolo & Associates. He worked as an Associate at Wole Olanipekun & Co. during his National Youth Service (NYSC), before later joining the Firm in October 2016. Madu has developed into a lawyer who has a voracious appetite for the law and seeks to excel in this noble profession.
