Mrs. Mbah is a pragmatic female lawyer trained to uphold ethical standards, highly organized and known for exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality. She is equipped with over 10 years’ experience in the areas of Corporate Law, Regulation and Governance, Labour matters and Real Estate Financing and Management.

With a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) at both the University of Benin and the Nigerian Law School, she started her career as an Investment Lawyer from where she proceeded to the Real Estate sector. She also has experience as Company Secretary in both the media and health Sector. She is branded as being hardworking, professional and dedicated to the cause of her employers/clients. She has attended various professional courses and trainings and currently in the Board of various Organizations as Corporate Legal Consultant
