He has so for participated as a member of the technical committee in the drafting of the Nigerian Evidence Act, Administration of Criminal Justice Act, Administration of Criminal Justice Laws of some states in Nigeria and the Fiscal Responsibility Ac. He has also advised foreign entities on thei rights and responsi les under international instruments andlavis, Jerry has considerable interest in the field of aviation and maritime law, advising on acquisiion, transportation of goods & passengers and labour matters regarding the relationship between employers and employees in the industry. Jerry's practice further Includes the representation of clients in large range of corporate matters, particularly project finance (real estates) and the secures market. He also writes and has been on numerous editorial teams for number of publications.
