Amanda obtained her Bachelor's of Law Degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2021 and was called to the Nigerian Barin 2022.

Whilst in Ahmad Bello University Zaria, she was the first person to be appointed Deputy Clinic Head of the ABU Law Clinic for three consecutive terms in which she led her team in a number of projects with Amnesty International, NULAI just to name a few. She was also a Governor representing her Hall at the SRC level of the school
